Good things come to those who sweat

Hot yoga, vinyasa and Inferno Pilates classes designed to strengthen, sculpt and invigorate

Our Story

How do I get arms like yours? We hear it all the time. It’s not the only thing that matters about health and fitness- but it’s nice that yoga and hot Pilates can provide such observable benefits.

Running gives you a strong heart. Free weights give you strong bones. High intensity Pilates and hot yoga give you both, as well as a strong core and increased flexibility.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We are a diverse community of men and women who all love their training to come with a healthy dose of sweat

Who We Are

Hello!

Hi! I’m Kirsty, owner of The Hot Barn

My journey started in Acapulco in 2017 at a 10 week, immersive teacher training program for Hot Yoga. Having taught in studios since then, I then trained in Inferno Pilates. In 2023 I made the decision to open my studio, and here we are!

I’ve always been into exercise, I’ve run three London Marathons, but nothing comes close to the buzz I get from teaching an Inferno Pilates class or practising a Hot yoga class. I still run, but I found true exercise nirvana in the hot room.

Why We move

Hot yoga is a 60 or 90 minute guided meditation. The class consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, designed to increase flexibility, build bone density and strengthen the whole body.

Inferno Pilates is a high intensity, high octane class to music. Based on Pilates principles, it builds muscle and strengthens the core, all whilst giving your cardiovascular system a thorough workout!

Led by elite instructors, our 60 minute HIT is practised at 38 degrees Celsius while our 60 minute yoga and 90 minute yoga classes are practised at 40c. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically, and rewarded handsomely at the end.
